Mornings with Mommy isn't preschool, and it isn't childcare,
it's something different!
WHAT IS IT: Mornings with Mommy is a fun and easy way for you to enjoy activities with your children and meet other Moms. Educational play-dates with Mommy (or Dads or other caregivers!) for infants through pre-kindergarten. Each session has a different theme!
WHERE: Shepherd of the Bay @ 9463 HG Trueman Rd, Lusby, Maryland
WHEN: 9:30 to 10:30am
COST: $5 per child
REGISTRATION: Advance online registration is required (click the links above to register!)
WHAT TO EXPECT: Every session is a little different because each month has its own theme, but the basic structure will be consistent. We will begin with everyone gathered on the big rug for language and literacy activities which include stories and songs for 5-10 minutes. Then we will explain the special stations set up in the room. These stations will include art, crafts, sensory activities, gross motor skills and fine motor skills, and an infant area. Then you will explore these activities at your own pace, while enjoying the company of the other adults. At 10:30 a.m. snacks will be served. Your child may enjoy them at Mornings with Mommy or take it to go for the ride home.
